If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I am really sorry. However, simply return the item to me in its original unused condition within 30 days of receipt. This does not apply to personalised or bespoke items. However, if you do have concerns please do not hesitate to contact me. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

I will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, I am also happy to exchange the item.

The cost of returning the item to me and insuring it in transit is your responsibility. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

I will of course refund an item if it is faulty. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.

EU orders

Please be aware that now the UK has left the EU, anyone purchasing from outside the UK may be charged customs and VAT duties as their items enter their own country. These duties are set by the government of each country and are outside our control.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
